Senior Architectural Shop Drawing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings based on design drawings and project specifications.
• Review and coordinate drawings with other disciplines (structural, MEP, and landscape).
• Ensure all drawings comply with design intent, project standards, and construction requirements.
• Collaborate with site and technical teams to resolve design or coordination issues.
• Participate in reviewing design modifications and provide technical feedback when needed.
• Manage drawing revisions, maintain documentation, and ensure timely submission to consultants and clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for architectural details when required.
• Support project handover by ensuring all as-built drawings are accurate and complete.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture (Graduates from public (governmental) universities are preferred.
• 5 7 years of experience in architectural shop drawings within the construction or real estate sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction details, finishing materials, and project coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
