Understand and participate in updating the architectural design standards and guidelines
Architectural design review to ensure compliance with the design brief, optimum design is achieved and the design integrity is maintained
Architecture designs of Commercial, administrative and residential buildings
Architecture designs of General sites of Resorts and compounds
Coordination between the architecture files and other engineering departments
Follow up with the consultants from the concept stage to the handover stage
Review the submitted architectural designs to ensure integrity with adjacent developments
Attend design progress meetings and any other necessary meetings/workshops
Periodical site visits to ensure design integrity
Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
Providing the conceptual design of Architectural drawings or Interior fit-out design requirements by the use of the architectural application.
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of running a project from initial concept to completion.
Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits, and inspections, and prepares related reports.
Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, models, and mood boards.
Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines.
