Roles & Responsibilities

Overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis for major real estate developments

Leading fundraising efforts and structuring capital solutions with banks and investors

Driving strategic planning and market analysis to support investment decisions

Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking

Preparing and presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders

Supporting M&A, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance

CA required; MBA and/or CFA preferred

Proven expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and project financing
