Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on Bahrain company law, commercial transactions, and lease agreements.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives.
Provide legal risk assessments and practical solutions to business challenges.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed.
Maintain accurate legal records and ensure timely reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's or professional certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, real estate law in Bahrain.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Working knowledge of Bahrain company and real estate law and regulatory frameworks.
Good drafting and negotiation skills.
IT proficiency (MS Office, legal research tools).

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
