We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and operational processes while supporting the alignment of sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory management. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of goals.
• Analyze and forecast sales trends to aid in inventory management decisions.
• Lead monthly S&OP meetings to review overall performance and address challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to help guide strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials and products.
• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and enhance delivery timelines.
• Resolve conflicts between capacity constraints and demand fluctuations effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales, inventory, and operations planning for stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving processes across various business units.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP framework.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members in the S&OP process.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales & operations planning or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in S&OP software and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
