Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Taking patient history, perform basic hearing assessment including otoscopic examination, PTA, tympanometry and OAE.
- Counsel patients to discuss hearing loss concerns and candidacy for personal amplification devices, hearing aids, and wireless accessories.
- Promoting, selling, and fitting hearing aids and accessories.
- Educating patients and families on the proper use and maintenance of hearing aids.
- Regularly patient records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future appointments or referrals.
- taking ear impressions, and fitted HA (hearing aids) devices, and adjusting and programming for comfort and optimal functionality.
- Hearing Aid Verification and Validation.
- Recommend and fit assistive listening devices to improve hearing.
- Implement successful tinnitus management strategies, counseling the patients and alleviating their symptoms.
- Checking lab orders and repair.
- Represent the company in local and international events, seminars and exhibitions.
- Participate in social media awareness and screening campaigns in different institutions and entities.
