Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct audit missions across different areas (business lines, functions, geographical areas)
- Carry out the preparatory, investigation and analysis work
- Identify risks and evaluate internal control mechanisms
- Formulate recommendations for improvement
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
- Interacting with the heads of the audited entities
- Lead or contribute to several audit missions (on average 3 missions/year)
- Supporting and mentoring junior auditors
- Participating in the dissemination of best practices and continuous improvement
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in finance, auditing, management or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in internal/external audit or in a banking environment
- Good knowledge of banking professions and associated risks
- Mastery of audit and internal control standards
