Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in defining the company's operational objectives.
- Develop and implement the company's internal audit program
- Prepare audit operations
- Collect useful and relevant information and launch the execution of missions
- Evaluate the mastery of the company's internal control system according to the rules, instructions and procedures in force.
- Ensure compliance with the audit scope, the conformity of findings to the audit criteria, and their validity.
- Validate the audit findings with the auditor and prepare the report
- Assist the General Management in the development and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System, as well as its implementation and regular monitoring to achieve objectives.
- Ensure continuous collaboration in monitoring the operation of processes and their evolution
- Attend the QMS steering committee meetings and participate in the organization and execution of management reviews
- Monitor the system's evolution and evaluate its performance.
- Ensuring proper management, effective control and compliance of documents relating to the quality system
Desired Candidate Profile
- Higher education (bac+5) (engineering degree or master's degree in auditing/finance/accounting)
- Professional experience: 3-5 years in a similar position or in a recognized external audit firm
- Good command of French and English
- Very good action and synthesis skills
- Listening and supervision capacity
- Intellectual integrity and honesty
