Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage authority approvals, permits, and NOCs across all project stages
- Liaise with Dubai authorities (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.) and represent the company in meetings
- Review and coordinate multi-disciplinary design submissions
- Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes and regulations
- Track submissions, respond to comments, and resolve approval challenges
- Identify risks and support teams with compliant design solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- 8 10 years UAE experience in Authority Liaison / AOR roles
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authority processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Fluent in English and Arabic (essential)
