The Senior Automation QA Engineer is instrumental in ensuring the company s software products achieve top-tier quality standards while providing outstanding user experiences. This role focuses heavily on automation testing, leveraging cutting-edge tools and frameworks to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver comprehensive test coverage, complemented by manual testing techniques.

Analyze project requirements and align testing strategies with business objectives.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and scenarios incorporating both manual and automated testing methods.
Automate test scenarios using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress to identify and document software issues effectively.
Perform scheduled manual and automated testing to ensure timely and reliable product delivery.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve software bugs, enhance programs, and ensure end-to-end quality.
Ensure a seamless user experience by conducting continuous testing, validation, and cross-platform assessments, including web and mobile.
Conduct API testing to validate functionality, data integrity, and security in backend integrations.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins to optimize development and deployment cycles.
Implement and manage testing frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Collaborate with developers to address cross-browser compatibility and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Lead QA efforts by defining test automation strategies, mentoring team members, and fostering Agile practices.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards and implement corrective actions for continuous process improvement.
Research industry trends, including AI-driven testing platforms, to propose innovative QA solutions.
Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to communicate changes in scope and suggest enhancements based on test insights.
Perform competitive analysis to inform testing and development strategies.
Stay current with advancements in tools and methodologies to enhance QA processes.
Handle parameterization and test data management to align with dynamic business needs.
Perform other QA-related tasks as needed.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
Over 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, testing, and automation.
Comprehensive expertise in QA methodologies, terminology, tools, and both manual and automated testing techniques.
Extensive experience in integrating QA processes within Agile/Scrum environments.
Advanced proficiency in automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Postman, and Katalon Studio.
Expert-level programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, and Ruby for building scalable automation scripts.
Skilled in using bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and a strong understanding of OWASP standards for security testing.
Proficient in version control systems like Git and familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to delivering reliable, high-quality software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve complex software issues.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams.
Team-oriented and self-driven, capable of working with minimal supervision.
Fluency in English language. French is a plus.
