Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Contact and negotiate with suppliers with adherence to specifications, price, payment terms, and delivery dates according to workshop requests.

  • Order parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the automotive parts department, dealership, and vehicle manufacturers

  • Ensure that the average time of arrival of spare parts does not exceed 3 days from the approval of the work order.

  • Manage the parts inventory levels closely for auto repair and sales needs without delay based on projected demand and matching cost targets. Monitor inventory levels.

  • Ensuring the effective management of the spare parts warehouse.

  • Ensuring the return of spare parts that were faulty or purchased and are not operationally needed

  • Works cooperatively and collaboratively with all internal cross-functional partners mainly with the Operations Team

  • Develop, execute, and analyze requests (RFxu2019s), manage contracts & make documentation in line with Company Policy and procedures

  • Monitor, manage and report from related KPIu2019s

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement in spare parts & 3rd party services

  • Graduated from related undergraduate or associate degree departments of universities

  • Multi-brand spare parts buying experience is a must.

  • ERP Management

  • Good level of MS Office programs (Especially MS-Excel knowledge is an asset)

  • Negotiation skills to deal with vendors of different categories & always aiming for the best results

  • Able to adapt to an environment that requires fast-paced and intensive relationship management

  • Good team member, smiling and caring with a positive attitude

  • Proven project management and prioritization skills (Knowing how to control project expectations in terms of scope, time, quality and budget)

  • Self-learner with an Entrepreneurship and Commercial sense

  • Advanced level of English
