Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise data architecture strategy and roadmaps on Azure.
- Architect complex, end-to-end data solutions, particularly for core banking data.
- Provide expert guidance on Azure services, security, and best practices.
- Design solutions leveraging Azure Data Lake Storage, Synapse, Databricks, SQL DB, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, etc.
- Mastery in Informatica IDMC: CDI, CDQ, Data Profiling, and advanced data integration pipelines.
- Architect large-scale data warehouses on Snowflake with optimization and advanced features.
- Apply advanced data modeling using Quest Erwin Data Modeler.
- Expertise in integrating and extracting data from Temenos T24 (Transact).
- Implement robust data access management strategies (RBAC & ABAC).
- Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams.
- Engage with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business language.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field (Master s preferred).
- 12+ years in data architecture and solution design (financial services preferred).
- 7+ years in enterprise Azure data services.
- Expert-level proficiency with Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, and Erwin Data Modeler.
- Strong experience with Temenos T24 data architecture.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, Lakehouse architectures, and advanced security.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
- Informatica IDMC and Snowflake advanced certifications.
- Temenos T24 certifications or equivalent project experience.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time data streaming.
