Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that support sales growth and strengthen customer relationships in the Indonesian tobacco and nicotine flavours market.
Manage trade show participation and customer events, coordinating with our global trade show manager and handling local logistics, booth setup, and material preparation.
Conduct market and competitive research to provide insights on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and buying behaviors that inform our marketing strategy.
Create and localize marketing materials including sales presentations, product sheets, brochures, and website/digital content, working with our central creative team on design and copy, adapting content for local relevance.
Manage social media presence and content for Hertz Flavours Indonesia, developing engaging posts that showcase our products and expertise while building brand awareness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in trade marketing, ingredients, FMCG, or related industries.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently and idiomatically.
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently across time zones.
