Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior B2B Media Buyer to create and implement paid media and advertising strategies targeting IT industry decision-makers in Saudi Arabia. This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of media buying, digital advertising, and audience targeting to drive high-quality lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the Saudi IT market, expertise in targeting diverse seniority levels (C-level, IT managers, procurement, and technical decision-makers), and the ability to effectively manage multi-channel paid advertising campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Buying Strategy & Execution
  • Create and implement a data driven B2B media buying strategy tailored for the Saudi IT industry by analyzing the market and market competitor analysis to ensure effective plan outlining target audience to Increase reach and engagement of the intended audience
  • Assess the most effective media channels , including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads (X), YouTube, programmatic advertising, local tech media, and industry-specific platforms to propose an effective budget, maximize ROI and increase quality.
  • Create tailored marketing initiatives for high-value accounts through collaborating with the sales team to target key accounts to deepen engagement with strategic accounts, improving conversion rates and fostering long-term relationships
2. Paid Media Campaign Management
  • Execute and oversee multi-platform advertising campaigns to ensure campaigns are effective in reaching intended audiences and achieving desired outcomes
  • Implement A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, messaging, and ad formats to optimize engagement and conversions by Identifying what resonates best with the audience.
  • Continuously analyze and improve campaign performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates) to ensure that advertising efforts are effective and cost efficient.
  • Develop strategies to re-engage potential customers to nurture leads through the sales funnel to improve conversion rates.
3. Audience Targeting & Segmentation
  • Define and refine buyer personas specific to the Saudi IT industry through market research and gathering Insights from customer Interactions to ensure that the marketing efforts are tailored to the needs and preferences of the target audience.
  • Leverage first-party, third-party, and intent-based data to improve audience segmentation and ad personalization to create more personalized and effective ad experiences.
  • Optimize advertising reach based on geographic data in key Saudi cities to ensure that marketing efforts are localized and relevant and thus maximizing the chances of engagement in targeted areas.
4. Performance Tracking & Analytics
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns to optimize budget allocation and improve results using analytics tools to track campaign metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance data to allocate budgets accordingly.
  • Develop Create detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Power BI to provide stakeholders with insights into campaign effectiveness, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Track MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and overall ad performance to measure the effectiveness of advertising efforts in generating high-quality leads that contribute to sales.
  • Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and stakeholders to keep them informed through prepared presentation materials summarizing performance data and insights.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with content marketing, sales, and business unit heads to align advertising efforts with broader marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, banners, and landing pages.
  • Maintain regular communication with third-party agencies, ad networks, and local tech media partners to leverage external expertise and resources for enhanced campaign effectiveness.


Requirements Experience & Industry
Knowledge
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B paid media, media buying,
    demand generation, and/or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi IT market and experience in
    targeting IT decision-makers and enterprise clients.

  • Proven track record in executing and optimizing
    multi-channel paid campaigns.

Technical & Analytical
Skills

  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads
    (X), YouTube, and programmatic advertising.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM
    tracking, and CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing conversion
    tracking, lead attribution, and campaign analytics.
