Roles & Responsibilities

We are Break Point, a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Egypt and serving clients across the GCC region.
We re looking for a

  • Senior Business Development Executive who can take our growth to the next level by building strong relationships with business clients and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients in the GCC market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and marketing teams.
  • Present Break Point s digital marketing services in a clear, persuasive, and value-driven way.
  • Negotiate proposals and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Track, report, and analyze sales performance and market trends.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions (social media, content, ads, branding).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to manage client pipelines and achieve measurable sales results.
  • Familiarity with GCC clients and business culture is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office + remote days).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within marketing services or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing solutions, digital advertising, and campaign management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at the executive level.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work onsite in an office environment.
