Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is building a greenfield, AI-native digital bank in the UAE, backed by a large regional conglomerate, and is seeking experienced senior banking experts to support the design and launch of the MVP.

This is an initial 6 8 month contract, with an immediate start required to support an MVP launch targeted for 31st March 2027 with the banking license coming in September this year.

The ideal individual will have deep banking experience in the UAE / Middle East Region across areas such as:

  • Payments
  • Treasury
  • Finance
  • Corporate Transaction Banking
  • Escrow Accounts

Project Location: Abhu Dhabi

Working model: The engagement can be executed remotely. If there is a need to be on client site consultants can fly in and out as needed. Travel and Accommodation expenses will be reimbursed.

Utilisation: 2-3 days a week

Duration: 6-9 months

Your Background:

  • 10 years+ senior level experience in the banking sector
  • Deep understanding and experience in the UAE/Middle East region
  • Strong command of English with the ability to work effectively across diverse, multicultural teams.
