We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Barista to join a vibrant, high-quality independent coffee shop in Abu Dhabi. If you take pride in crafting exceptional coffee and delivering memorable guest experiences, this could be the perfect role for you.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista within an independent coffee shop in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, late art and equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
