Key Responsibilities

• Define the BI roadmap and reporting strategy in alignment with project goals.
• Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics.
• Ensure BI solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business KPIs.

Collaboration

• Partner with the Project Lead to translate business requirements into BI deliverables.
• Work closely with the Senior Data Modeler to ensure reporting structures align with data models.
• Collaborate with the Senior ETL Architect and QA Data Engineer to validate data accuracy and reliability in BI outputs.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for business users regarding reporting and analytics needs.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enable self-service BI adoption.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to continuously improve BI solutions.

Governance & Standards

• Establish BI development standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies.
• Maintain metadata and reporting catalogs for transparency and reuse.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or similar).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouse/lakehouse environments.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and their impact on reporting.
• Experience in dashboard design principles (usability, performance, visualization best practices).
• 8+ years of experience in BI development, including at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
