Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparing and presenting design proposals as per the local guidelines, rules and regulations including detailed drawings and perspectives.
  • Creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural Buildings.
  • Able to make and supervise all drawings required for Tender, IFC and license for architectural buildings.
  • Undertake all needed action to complete bill of quantities and all materials quantity surveying along with all required specification and approved technical drawings.
  • Coordinating the design between the other disciplines (structural and MEP).
  • Resolving issues that come up during construction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor of Architecture with +5 Experience in Working Drawings.
  • Very Good Experience in executive working drawings & coordination between arch & structure.
  • Computer Skills.
  • Autodesk Revit, BIM.
  • AutoCAD.
  • Photoshop.
  • Office (Word, Excel& PowerPoint).
  • Very good command of English.
