Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using Revit and related software.
- Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural disciplines to avoid design conflicts.
- Generate drawings, layouts, and schedules directly from BIM models.
- Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
- Conduct model reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Mentor and support junior modelers, promoting best BIM practices within the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
- Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; experience with BIM 360 is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems design and coordination principles.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
