Senior BIM Modeler - Structure

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update 3D structural BIM models using Revit or other BIM software.
  
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation (plans, sections, details, schedules) from BIM models.
  
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model integrity and clash-free design.
  
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
  
• Perform quality checks and ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  
• Support junior modelers and provide guidance on best practices and technical issues.
  
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to the resolution of design conflicts.
  
• Assist in developing and improving internal BIM processes and standards.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in structural BIM modeling for large-scale projects.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
  
• Strong understanding of structural systems, detailing, and construction methods.
  
• Experience in model coordination and clash detection workflows.
  
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.
  
• Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650, etc.) is an advantage.
