Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze RFQs and project requirements related to BMS, KNX, Lighting Control, and GRMS.
  • Prepare quotations, BOQs, and comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.
  • Design system architectures including HVAC controls, energy management, lighting control strategies, and GRMS integrations.
  • Prepare risers, schematics, control diagrams, points lists, and technical submittals.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks).
  • Support the sales team during client meetings, clarifications, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with ELV, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure smooth technical alignment.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in delivering accurate design packages.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering.
  • 5 7 years of proven pre-sales and design experience in BMS and control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Honeywell Alerton BMS platforms and integration with KNX, Lighting Control, and GRMS.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and relevant design/documentation tools.
  • Excellent technical communication, client-facing, and proposal preparation skills.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, KNX Partner, LEED, or BMS vendor certifications are an advantage.
