Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with corporate goals and market realities.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify trends and inform brand positioning.
  • Manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on brand investments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize brand health and consumer perception.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members in brand management best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact.
