Senior Business Analyst Digital Applications & AI-Enabled

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a complex digital transformation environment, working across software applications, business processes, requirements documentation, and AI-enabled delivery initiatives.

This role would suit someone who is comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders, able to quickly understand application workflows, document requirements clearly, and translate business knowledge into structured outputs that can be used by product, technology, QA, and specialist delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for:

Analysing digital applications, business workflows, user journeys, and operational processes

Gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements

Working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand key scenarios, process logic, and application behaviour

Creating structured documentation, templates, use cases, and process flows

Supporting the definition of validation criteria, acceptance measures, and quality checkpoints

Assessing business logic, process complexity, and delivery priorities

Acting as a bridge between business users, technical teams, QA teams, and AI-focused delivery workstreams

Supporting knowledge transfer and ensuring business context is captured in a clear and usable format

Communicating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority

Required Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within software, digital, technology, or transformation environments

Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience creating use cases, process maps, workflow documentation, and structured business analysis outputs

Good understanding of software applications and how users interact with digital platforms

Experience working with technical teams, QA teams, product teams, or delivery teams

Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex processes and business logic

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Experience with BPMN or similar process modelling approaches would be highly beneficial

Nice to Have:

Exposure to AI, automation, machine learning, or AI-enabled testing environments

Experience supporting knowledge management, learning teams, or structured data initiatives

Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent

Arabic language skills would be a strong advantage
