Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Analyst at Classera is instrumental in facilitating communication between IT and governmental entities, utilizing data analysis to assess operational processes, ascertain requirements, and deliver strategic insights and reports to ministries and stakeholders.



Responsibilities:
Collaborate with ministries to elicit, analyze, and validate their unique business needs and requirements.
Translate ministry requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Conduct thorough data analysis to inform decision-making processes within ministries.
Work closely with IT teams and ministry stakeholders to develop and implement efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations tailored to the needs of ministries and executive leadership.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably with exposure to governmental or ministerial environments.


Competencies:
Demonstrated experience working with ministries or governmental entities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
