Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Mendix applications using the Mendix low-code development platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Design business process models, workflows, and use cases to support solution development.
- Partner with development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
- Assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and impact analyses.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and developers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Solid understanding of business analysis frameworks (e.g., Agile BA, Six Sigma).
- Experience with process modeling tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart, and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
