Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced data utilization.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Data Requirement Specifications (DRS), and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Create functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process documentation, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Partner with data engineers, IT, and project teams to deliver successful solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Support testing, validation, and reconciliation of data systems and processes.
• Provide end-user training and support for BI and analytics tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, data security practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-focused projects within financial services or government.
Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
