Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
1. Business Analyst Activities
- Gather, challenge and formalize business requirements (user stories)
- Prioritize the features with the highest added value
- Model and simplify business processes and management rules
- Identify cross-cutting impacts and guide users in their choices
- Harmonizing processes for a target group architecture
- Document the end-to-end solution
2. Expertise domaine Investment Assets
- Ensure consistency of orientations with the Group strategy
- Represent the entity in the domain instances
- Identify, assess and manage the risks impacting the field
- Managing change and supporting stakeholders
- Participating in decision-making bodies and exercising one's duty to report wrongdoing
3. Sharing and outreach
- Maintain active monitoring (Agile, Cloud, AI)
- To propose and lead technological developments
- Promote sharing and disseminating expertise
Technical skills:
- Investment management solutions (SAP IMA or equivalent)
- Project tracking tools (ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence)
- IFRS 9 Accounting and Market Finance
- SWIFT messages (financial sector)
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- Higher education (Engineering degree or Master's degree)
- 5+ years of experience in banking/insurance or consulting/auditing
- Expertise in IT Finance/Accounting: market finance, IFRS9 accounting, SWIFT messages
- Experience in scoping projects with a high impact on business processes and IT tools
- Contribution to IT transformation programs in banking/insurance
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (rituals, stakeholders)
- Very good level of English
Soft skills :
- Arbitration capacity and reasoned decision-making
- Leadership without hierarchical links (scaled agile)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Interpersonal skills and persuasive power
- Ability to represent and promote the entity within the group
