What You Will Do

• Translate Complexity: Take high-level business needs from stakeholders and turn them into clear, actionable technical specs (BRDs/FRDs)
• Be the Expert: Use your deep knowledge of banking workflows (Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, or Risk) to spot gaps before they become problems
• Manage Stakeholders: Act as the main point of contact for project owners, keeping them updated on progress and being honest about market or technical constraints
• Validate Success: Work closely with QA and Dev teams to ensure the final product actually solves the user's problem
• Guide the Process: Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to simplify legacy banking processes into modern digital experiences

What We Are Looking For

• Banking DNA: At least 5 years of experience specifically within the Banking/FinTech domain
• You should understand things like KYC, AML, ISO 20022, or Credit Cycles like the back of your hand
• Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile environments and using tools like JIRA or Confluence
• The "Why" Thinker: You dont just take orders; you ask "Why?" to ensure we are building the right thing for the client
• Communication Skills: You can explain a complex financial regulation to a developer and a technical API limit to a business headin simple language
