Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for development teams
- Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Partner with senior management to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights and validate solutions
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure project success and identify areas for improvement
- Mentor junior business analysts and share best practices within the team
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a technology-driven environment
- Expertise in business analysis frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and wireframing tools
- Strong understanding of technology stacks, APIs, and system integrations
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management
- Knowledge of process modeling and improvement techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
