Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Capture and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders to support operational and strategic goals in public safety and smart mobility.

Develop and secure approval for comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Translate business requirements into actionable user stories within Azure DevOps to facilitate development.

Define and manage sprints in collaboration with the development team to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.

Ensure seamless integration between the Odoo-based enterprise platform and SAP for streamlined procurement and invoicing processes.

Align business workflows with ServiceNow to optimize operational efficiency and support e-services.

Drive strategic enhancements to the Odoo-based enterprise platform to improve functionality for field data collection, traffic management, and smart mobility solutions.

Leverage expertise in GIS, AI, and advanced technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions aligned with Saudi Arabia s Vision 2030 objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on enterprise applications, software products, or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, ServiceNow).
  • Expertise in Odoo-based enterprise platforms, SAP, and ServiceNow, with hands-on experience in system integration.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for creating user stories and managing sprints.
  • Strong knowledge of GIS, AI, and advanced technologies, particularly in the context of smart mobility and public safety.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the organization s mission.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia s Vision 2030 and its focus on technology-driven innovation is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
