Senior Business Analyst (Odoo/Azure)

Position Objective:

• Senior Business Analyst to lead the business analysis efforts for its digital transformation initiatives, primarily focused on the Odoo-based system.
• Responsible for capturing business requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP and ServiceNow platforms.
• Strengthening the strategic position of the system within the customer digital ecosystem.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate requirements for new and existing digital services.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and secure formal approvals from business units.
• Translate approved requirements into User Stories and manage them in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development teams to define sprints, prioritise backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Ensure all digitisation initiatives are aligned with the Odoo-based platform s capabilities and roadmap.
• Coordinate and validate integration requirements between eGate and SAP (for procurement and invoicing) and ServiceNow (for workflow automation).
• Advocate for the platform by identifying opportunities to enhance its value through strategic requirements and feature enhancements.
• Provide insights and recommendations on GIS, AI, and emerging technologies to support innovation and digital enablement.
• Conduct impact analysis, risk assessments, and support UAT and change management activities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or enterprise systems environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience with Odoo, SAP, and ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management.
• Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process flows).
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration and data flow between systems.
• Familiarity with GIS systems, AI technologies, and digital transformation trends.
