Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Delivering technology change within Securities Services and Fund Services, including Custody, Issuer Services, Share Registry, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Fund Registry, and Collateral Management. Strong understanding of securities, fund administration, and transfer agency processes. Solid understanding of system architecture, data models, integration s, and processing flows. Exposure to AI led efficiencies, including use of automation, analytics, and AI assisted tools to improve requirements analysis, documentation quality, testing efficiency, and delivery outcomes. Hands on working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Microsoft Project (MPP) for backlog management, requirements traceability, test management, planning, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on securities services.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of securities products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and their associated lifecycle.
  • Experience with industry-standard messaging protocols (e.g., SWIFT, FIX) and their application in securities processing.
