Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed business cases, process models, and functional specifications for new and existing solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to business processes, leveraging automation and AI-driven technologies.
- Support the implementation of business process automation, workflow management, and digital customer experience solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to identity management and digital transformation.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, process automation, or AI-powered solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile frameworks).
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with secure systems, identity management, or smart city solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
