Roles & Responsibilities

As part of strengthening our ServiceNow teams, we are recruiting a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to work on high value-added projects, within complex and multi-stakeholder environments.

Your mission
  • Gather, analyze and formalize third-party material needs
  • Challenge requests and propose solutions aligned with ServiceNow standards
  • Write the functional deliverables (User Stories, specifications, workflows)
  • Facilitating workshops on framing, prioritizing, and estimating
  • Provide functional expertise on one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, ITOM, WSD)
  • Collaborating closely with the IT teams throughout the project
  • Participate in the testing, deployment and change management phases

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma (m/f) of a Bac+5 in computer science or equivalent

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Significant experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module
  • Good mastery of IT processes and ITIL concepts
  • Experience in Agile and/or V-model methodologies
  • Excellent communication, analytical and synthesis skills
  • Fluent in French and English
