Responsibilities:

Application Management & Support:

• Oversee the lifecycle of core business applications (e.g., ERP, SharePoint, HRMS).
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate system issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Perform regular system audits, updates, and maintenance tasks.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document application-related requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
• Advise departments on best practices and optimal use of business applications.

System Implementation & Enhancement:

• Lead or support the implementation, integration, and upgrade of business applications.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and documentation.
• Identify and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to enhance business processes.

Vendor & Project Management:

• Liaise with software vendors and external consultants on product roadmaps, support issues, and SLAs.
• Manage small to medium-scale application projects, ensuring delivery on time within scope and budget.

Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and change logs.
