Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic transactions
  • Lead transaction execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans and business growth strategies
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and present recommendations to clients and senior leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Mentor and coach junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning, and transaction execution
  • Strong background in M&A, JV, and partnerships
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong financial modeling and business case development skillsbr>
  • Previous experience at a recognized consulting firm (e.g., Big Four, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
