Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition across Banking and Financial Services organisations in Saudi Arabia
Build and leverage relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Heads of Engineering, and Technology Transformation leaders within banks
Position Endava s capabilities across:
- Digital engineering
- Custom software development
- Cloud transformation
- Data platforms and analytics
- Digital banking and payments solutions
- Identify opportunities aligned with major banking technology initiatives including:
- Core banking modernisation
- Digital banking platforms
- Payments and transaction systems
- Cloud migration and platform modernisation
- Data and AI programmes
Own and execute the end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle, including:
- Strategic prospecting
- Opportunity qualification
- Solution shaping
- Proposal development
- Commercial negotiation
- Deal closure
- Shape and close complex professional services engagements and multi-year digital transformation programmes
- Develop and maintain a strong high-quality sales pipeline aligned with ambitious revenue targets
- Collaborate with delivery leaders, solution architects, and consulting teams to develop tailored solutions for banking clients
- Represent Endava at industry events, executive forums, and regional banking and technology conferences
- Contribute to strengthening Endava s market presence within the Saudi banking and financial services ecosystem

Desired Candidate Profile
8 12+ years of enterprise sales experience selling IT services, digital engineering, or technology consulting solutions
- Proven success selling into Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech organisations
- Demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition within enterprise technology services environments
- Established network of senior decision-makers within banks across Saudi Arabia
- Experience engaging with CIO, CTO, Head of Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Technology Strategy leaders
- Strong experience selling large-scale IT services engagements or digital transformation programmes ($3M $10M+)
- Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex professional services engagements
- Experience preparing and presenting commercial proposals, business cases, and Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Experience selling into regional banks such as Al Rajhi Bank, Saudi National Bank (SNB), Riyad Bank, SABB, Alinma Bank, or similar financial institutions is highly desirable.
