Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software and digital solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across different industries
  • Research target companies and industries to support tailored outreach
  • Prepare customized outreach approaches based on client needs and maturity

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Understand client challenges and propose suitable software solutions
  • Lead discussions, follow-ups, commercial negotiations, and deal closures

Solution Design & Proposal Development

  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to prepare:
    • Solution scopes
    • Timelines
    • Commercial proposals
  • Present Irtiqa s solutions clearly, confidently, and professionally

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with implementation, development, and delivery teams to ensure:
    • Clear handover after deal closure
    • Alignment between sales promises and execution

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM systems
  • Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue targets

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within software houses, IT services companies, SaaS, ERP, web, mobile, or digital transformation firms
  • Strong understanding of software services such as:
    • ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Zoho or similar)
    • Web and mobile application development
    • Integrations, automation, and digital transformation projects
  • Ability to understand client business processes and translate requirements into solution scopes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with outreach and lead generation tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
