Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
-
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners.
-
Identify potential clients and initiate contact to promote our products and services.
-
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to attract and retain clients.
Partnership Development:
-
Identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, liquidity providers, and technology providers.

Foster and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Revenue Generation:
-
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
-
Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts.
Regulatory Compliance:
-
Stay informed about regulatory requirements in the Forex industry and ensure the company's activities comply with relevant regulations.

Work closely with the compliance team to implement and monitor compliance processes.
Team Leadership:
-
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
-
Provide guidance and support in achieving individual and team goals.
-
Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; master s degree preferred.
-
Fluent in English & Arabic, additional languages is a plus.
-
Proven track record of at least 3 in business development within the Forex industry.

Existing Portfolio of APAC clients, IB and affiliates is a must!

Strong understanding of financial markets, Forex trading, and related technologies.
-
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
-
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and developing teams.
