The Opportunity

As a Presentation Designer, you will play a key role in elevating the quality and impact of client-facing materials. You will work closely with consultants and cross functional teams to design, refine, and enhance presentations, ensuring they are clear, visually compelling, and aligned with EY brand and quality standards. This role focuses on structuring content, improving visual storytelling, fixing and polishing decks, and applying consistent layouts, typography, and branding across all materials to support effective communication and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design & Visual Communication

• Design, enhance, and format client-facing presentations, proposals, and internal decks to ensure clarity, visual impact, and alignment with EY brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams to understand content, objectives, and audience, transforming complex information into visually compelling narratives.
• Apply EY standards for layout, typography, color, and branding to maintain consistency and professionalism across all materials.
• Review and refine existing presentations, fixing formatting issues and improving overall design quality.
• Provide creative input on visual storytelling techniques to strengthen message delivery.
• Stay updated on EY branding updates, presentation best practices, and design tools to continuously improve output quality.

Project Management & Operations

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and design assets for easy access and reuse.
• Support ad-hoc design requests from various teams, ensuring timely and relevant assistance.

Quality Assurance & Brand Excellence

• Review and refine design outputs to ensure they are free of errors and meet professional standards.
• Enhance the visual appeal and overall design of all creative assets.
• Conduct end-to-end quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with brand and project requirements.

Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the development and enrichment of the organization s creative asset repository.
• Share insights and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. A master s degree or additional certifications in design are a plus.

Experience: 2+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field.

Skills

Design & Technical Proficiency

• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint with expertise in creating visually compelling, brand-compliant presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating custom graphics and enhancing presentation visuals.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography to ensure clarity and impact in presentations.
• Ability to work with EY templates and branding standards, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
• Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling techniques to transform complex information into engaging slides.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and digital design is an advantage for creating interactive or client-facing materials.
