Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain approved baselines (scope/schedule/milestones) and keep the integrated project plan updated weekly; no baseline change without documented impact assessment and approval.

Deliver weekly status reports on time for 100% of assigned projects, including RAG (Red/Amber/Green), variance vs baseline, root cause, recovery actions, and required decisions/escalations.

Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) updated weekly with owner/due date/mitigation; escalate material risks/issues ; track to documented closure.

Run governance cadence; issue minutes + action tracker; escalate overdue actions.

Maintain change log and decision log; keep baselines and plans aligned to approved changes.

Keep documentation audit-ready in the central repository (plan, RAID, change log, decision log, minutes/actions, test plan, sign-offs, go-live readiness).

Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors through build/testing/go-live; confirm release readiness (testing complete, risks accepted, operational handover completed).

Skills:

  • Ability to build and maintain integrated project plans (work breakdown structure, milestones, dependencies, critical path) using standard project tools
  • Strong governance discipline: maintain baseline, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change log, decision log, action tracker

Fluent in Arabic; English communication kills

Desired Candidate Profile

1. +3 years project management experience delivering technology projects end-to-end (plan build test go-live); fintech experience preferred

2. Ability to build and maintain integrated project plans (work breakdown structure, milestones, dependencies, critical path) using standard project tools

3. Strong governance discipline: maintain baseline, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change log, decision log, action tracker

4. Fluent in Arabic; English communication kills
