Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support organizational change initiatives to achieve long-term objectives.
- Ensure continuous improvement projects are executed and results are realized.
- Lead strategic and cross-departmental projects for measurable impact.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for process, and procedure improvements.
- Analyze departmental processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Design and implement solutions to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Apply methodologies like Lean, Kaizen where appropriate.
- Develop dashboards and management reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of data reports
- Encourage collaboration across departments and reduce conflicts.
Support organizational culture improvement by promoting collaboration, enhancing cross-department communication, and embedding desired behaviors across the company .
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 5 6 years of experience in Business Excellence roles.
- Professional certifications are a strong advantage (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering cross-departmental improvement projects with measurable results.
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives and cultural transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience in KPI management, performance dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
