Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to acquire quality care products such as skincare, hair care, and wellness items ensuring alignment with category, margin, and performance objectives.
• Category Management: Develop and execute buying strategies for the care segment, leveraging customer insights, trend analysis, and market data to drive an exceptional, customer-centric assortment.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build productive supplier partnerships, negotiate optimal terms, and secure timely, cost-effective deliveries to maintain competitive advantage.
• Contract and Compliance Oversight: Oversee contract negotiations, price agreements, and compliance with Niceone s ethical standards and procurement policies.
• Inventory Planning: Monitor sales trends, inventory movement, and forecast demand to minimize overstocks and reduce risk of stock shortages, ensuring availability of top care products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to synchronize buying plans, support campaign launches, and drive care category growth.
• Market and Consumer Analysis: Stay abreast of emerging care trends, industry regulations, and new innovations to continuously refine the Niceone care offering.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report on key care category metrics, making data-fueled recommendations for assortment improvement and sales acceleration.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Retail, or a related field (advanced education is a plus).
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in buying, procurement, or category management focused on personal care, skincare, wellness, or health & beauty retail.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships in the care industry.
• Business acumen with advanced analytical skills, capable of understanding data and making insight-driven decisions.
• Proven communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities within diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with procurement tools, retail platforms, and advanced Excel or category analytics technology.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a dedication to continuous improvement and accountability.
