Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, sell-through to guide buying decisions
- Manage budgets and OTB, ensuring healthy stock levels and strong ROI
- Prepare accurate pricing files, margin calculations and landed cost sheets
- Handle currency conversions, duties and pricing alignment for the local market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and suppliers
- Negotiate terms, deliveries and seasonal conditions
- Create detailed purchase orders and follow up on shipments
- Collaborate with retail operations, merchandising and management teams
- Prepare clear reports and analysis for management
Required Skills
- Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, OTB planning)
- Experience in luxury fashion buying (minimum 5 7 years)
- Excellent understanding of margins, pricing and mark-ups
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and budgets
