Strategic Purchasing Management

• Develop and implement the purchasing strategy for raw materials and packaging.
• Analyze the market (suppliers, innovations, trends, prices, risks).
• Identify new reliable and competitive sources of supply.
• Participate in the definition of needs with production, quality and R&D.

Negotiation and Contractualization

• Negotiate commercial conditions (prices, deadlines, incoterms, volumes, guarantees).
• Draft, monitor and renew supplier contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of purchased products (traceability, certifications, technical data sheets, etc.).
• Manage disputes or non-conformities with suppliers in coordination with quality and logistics.

Operational monitoring and performance

• Monitor purchasing performance indicators (price, service rate, quality, deadlines).
• Implement continuous improvement plans with strategic suppliers.
• Ensure the availability of materials to avoid any production disruption.
• Collaborate closely with the planning, logistics and production departments.

Budget management and reporting

• Develop and monitor the purchasing budget for the families concerned.
• Provide regular reporting to management on the savings achieved and supply risks.
• Participate in the annual evaluation of suppliers.
