Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years proven experience in category management, with a focus on IT categories and infrastructure (Civil Engineering/EPC).
  • Demonstrated success working with government sector clients.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
