Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and analysis of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability and environmental impacts.
  • Prepare detailed project specifications and technical reports, effectively communicating project requirements to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the construction process, coordinating with contractors and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to optimize project performance and sustainability.
  • Manage project risks through thorough assessments and strategic planning, mitigating potential issues before they arise.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced knowledge.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is mandatory to demonstrate proficiency in engineering principles.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Experience in project management and leading multidisciplinary teams is essential for effective project execution.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges efficiently.
