Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage overall site execution and construction activities

    • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards

    • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams

    • Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards

    • Manage and supervise structural and finishing works on site

    • Review structural and architectural drawings and resolve technical issues

    • Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently

    • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

    • Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports

    • Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities

    • Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering

    • Minimum 10+ years of total experience in building construction projects

    • Strong experience in structural and finishing works

    • UAE construction experience is mandatory

    • Strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, and quality control

    • Ability to manage teams and handle multiple site activities

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • G+ 4 Dubai Municipality License will be an added advantage

    • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
