Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs thoroughly.

Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) and ensure timely follow-up and responses from clients.

Coordinate with the design team to obtain required design outputs, BOQs, and layouts through meetings and emails.

Verify BOQs received from the design team for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project specifications.

Define required RFQs and following up with the procurement team to ensure timely issuance and receipt.

Evaluate received quotations and prepare comprehensive cost comparisons.

Prepare detailed cost estimates using CANDY software.

Prepare detailed indirect cost breakdowns to support pricing strategies and cost assessments.

Prepare the bid financial submission in coordination with relevant departments.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering options.

Conduct tender review meetings and highlight key issues, risks, and clarifications.

Maintain an updated database of prices, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Assist technical team in Technical Submission where required.
